We want to emphasize that FlowBites cannot be held responsible for unintentional subscription renewals resulting from oversight.
  • Cancellation Timing: To avoid automatic charges for the upcoming billing period, it is crucial to cancel your subscription before the current billing period concludes. This ensures that you have control over the renewal process.
  • Refund Eligibility: If you haven't utilized any of our services, including components or assets, a full refund can be requested within 7 business days from the purchase date. To initiate a refund, make sure your request is sent from the email address associated with your FlowBites account.
  • Annual Subscription Refunds: Refunds will be processed in situations where you are charged incorrectly due to technical issues or in cases of fraudulent payments. However, if FlowBites terminates your account due to a breach of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Other Refunds: For annual subscriptions, refund requests should be submitted within 7 business days from the subscription renewal date. It's important to note that there may be non-refundable transaction fees associated with annual subscriptions.
